Your Simba pillow is built to last, and we stand behind it. Every pillow is covered by a 3 year guarantee against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If something isn't right, just contact our customer service team and we'll put it right.

Each customer is eligible for a 3 year guarantee on any Simba Hybrid™ Custom Comfort Pillow purchased directly from us or from one of our authorized retailers. For 3 years following your pillow purchase, if you experience a manufacturing defect that is covered under our guarantee, we will offer a one-time replacement or repair of the original product in the size purchased. This includes all components of the product. There is no fee or deductible required. The collection of the original product and delivery of the replacement will be completed by us at no cost to the customer. If the guarantee claim happens during your 30-night trial period, the trial will be paused during shipment of the replacement product and the trial will resume upon its delivery.

Your Responsibility

The pillow guarantee covers the original purchaser of the pillow for the term specified, while they are located in Canada. Any guarantee, or implied warranty, is only valid for the period of time the product is owned by the original purchaser. The original purchaser, for the purposes of this guarantee, is the first purchaser of the product from us or one of our authorized retailers. Please retain a copy of the original receipt as proof of purchase.

Photos and original proof of purchase may be required upon a guarantee request in order to identify and assess the issue.
